Publication and/or distribution of all or any part of the survey by the participating health care organizations are prohibited without prior written approval from MHA. MHA reserves the right to use the aggregate information without identifying participating hospitals.

The health care organizations agree not to discuss the results of the survey with any other entity or other health care institution, and no agreements, direct or indirect, should be entered into regarding the impact the survey results may have on compensation levels.
